Production Assistant

Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Production Worker to join our clients dynamic team at. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality food products while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. You will work directly on the production line, contributing to the preparation, assembly, and packaging of food items. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality
• Follow standardized recipes and production schedules to prepare food items accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure consistency and adherence to safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining a positive work environment
• Assist in the training of new production workers on safety protocols and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Basic understanding of food safety regulations and practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with food processing equipment and machinery
• Experience in a team-oriented manufacturing setting
• Basic math skills for accurate measurement and product handling
