Female Senior Healthcare Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver person-centred care aligned with individual care plans.
• Supervise and mentor junior care staff; model best practice.
• Administer medication (subject to training/competency) and maintain accurate records.
• Support daily living: personal care, mealtimes, mobility and activities.
• Promote dignity, choice and independence for all service users.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, families and colleagues.
• Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality and infection prevention standards.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 6 months' UK experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant (or equivalent).
• Face-to-face Moving and Handling of People Certificate.
• Strong leadership, communication and documentation skills.
• Able to work rota-based shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Right to work in the UK.
