Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in care homes and residential settings.
Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Help with meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility assistance.
Promote dignity, respect, and independence while building trusting relationships with clients.
Record and report on the well-being of individuals, ensuring all care plans are followed accurately.
Work closely with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
