Warehouse Picker/Packer - Days (Chilled Warehouse) £13.48 per hour (Weekdays) | £16.18 per hour (Weekends) Location: Aylesford Shift Pattern: 7:00am - 7:00pm (12-hour shifts) Working Pattern: 4 shifts per week (3 weekdays + 1 weekend day) Join a Fast-Paced Warehouse Team! We're looking for experienced Warehouse Picker/Packers to join a busy chilled distribution centre. If you're reliable, motivated, and thrive in a target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you. ⚠️ Please Read Before Applying To be considered for this role, you must have: • At least 12 months' recent warehouse picking and packing experience • Experience using handheld RF scanners • A proven track record of achieving high pick-rate and accuracy targets Unfortunately, applicants who do not meet these essential requirements cannot be considered. Previous experience working in a chilled warehouse is highly desirable and will give you a significant advantage. What You'll Be Doing • Picking and packing chilled products accurately using handheld scanners • Working to demanding productivity and accuracy targets • Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch • Maintaining excellent quality standards • Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures • Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe • Reporting any stock discrepancies or issues promptly What We're Looking For ✔ Minimum 12 months' warehouse picking experience ✔ Confident using handheld scanning equipment ✔ Experience working to KPI and pick-rate targets ✔ Excellent attention to detail ✔ Good numeracy and literacy skills ✔ Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift ✔ Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player Desirable Skills • Previous experience in a chilled warehouse • Food warehouse or food distribution experience Why Join Us? • Competitive hourly pay • Enhanced weekend rates • Regular full-time hours • Supportive team environment • Opportunity to join a well-established and growing business Apply Today!
