Team Leader - Warehouse Location: Sittingbourne BRAND NEW SITE OPENING - FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITIES FOR A FRESH START! TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY Shifts & Pay Rates: Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday Shift Patterns 6:00pm - 4:30am £16.63 p/h 8:00pm - 6:30am £16.88 p/h FULL TRAINING PROVIDED OWN TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL DUE TO SITE LOCATION Omnia Resourcing is excited to be recruiting for a brand-new warehouse site in Sittingbourne. We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to support and drive performance within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a key leadership role focused on managing teams, maintaining productivity, and ensuring operational excellence across the shift. Team Leader - Purpose of the Role: To lead and support a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring daily targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Team Leader - Key Responsibilities: • Leading, motivating, and supervising a team of warehouse operatives • Driving productivity and ensuring daily KPIs and targets are met • Monitoring workflow and allocating tasks effectively across the team • Supporting training and development of team members • Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times • Conducting team briefings and providing regular performance feedback • Working closely with management to resolve operational issues • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on shift performance • Ensuring quality standards and operational procedures are consistently met • Supporting a positive and productive team environment Team Leader - Requirements: • Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role within a warehouse environment • Strong leadership and people management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Strong communication and organisational skills • Flexible and reliable approach to work • Good IT skills and understanding of warehouse systems • Own transport required due to location Team Leader - Pre-employment Checks: • DBS check required • Drug and Alcohol test required Benefits of working as a Team Leader: • Full training provided - start your role with confidence • Exciting opportunity to join a brand-new site from day one • Temp to perm opportunity • Opportunity for progression within a growing operation • Supportive team environment If you're looking for a fresh start and a long-term leadership opportunity in warehousing and logistics, apply today!
