Cleaner – Term Time

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Cleaners to join our team, supporting a range of services across East Renfrewshire and the surrounding areas, including care homes, day centres, and children’s services.

We are currently looking for Cleaners in Barrhead, Newton Mearns, Busby and Neilston.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:30pm – 6:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across assigned sites.

• Cleaning and sanitising communal areas, workspaces, washrooms and other facilities.

• Using cleaning equipment and products safely and responsibly.

• Following COSHH regulations and all relevant health and safety procedures.

• Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting when stock needs replenishing.

• Helping to maintain a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment for staff, service users and visitors.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous professional cleaning experience.

• A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

• A reliable and positive approach to work.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and COSHH procedures is desirable.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 3:30pm – 6:30pm.
