Key Responsibilities:

As a General Assistant, you’ll play an important part in delivering a great guest experience by:

• Welcoming guests, handling check-ins, and answering enquiries
• Serving meals, clearing tables, and supporting food and beverage operations when required
• Assisting with basic food preparation duties
• Supporting Housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest bedrooms
• Maintaining clean, tidy, and welcoming public areas
