Key Responsibilities
As Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in leading the kitchen by:
- Leading, motivating and training junior chefs to a high standard.
- Creating exceptional dishes using fresh, local produce.
- Maintaining the highest food hygiene standards at all times.
- Driving consistency and quality throughout every service.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous Head Chef experience within a 2 AA Rosette environment.
- A passionate Chef with personality, creativity and a desire to progress.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a kitchen team.
