Business Development Manager

We are currently partnering with a well established manufacturing business to recruit a dynamic and commercially driven Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth across the UK.

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while nurturing and developing existing client relationships. You will work closely with wholesalers, retailers, and distribution partners to strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new business opportunities across target markets
Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients and partners
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets
Represent the business at meetings and client visits
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer delivery

About You:
Proven experience in a business development or field sales role
Background working with wholesalers, retailers, or distribution channels
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
Self motivated with a results driven approach
Willingness to travel as required across the UK
Full driving licence preferred
