We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3/4 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Rotherham (S60) from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or someone looking to further their career within primary education. You will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils’ learning, helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment where every child can thrive.

The Role

• Full-time position starting in September
• Supporting teaching and learning within a Year 3/4 classroom
• Providing one-to-one and small group interventions where required
• Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management
• Encouraging pupil engagement and supporting academic and personal development

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working in a UK primary school is desirable
• Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Has a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
