We’re recruiting for a Waiter in Bridport, offering an exciting opportunity to join a luxury hospitality destination renowned for its high-end dining and outstanding guest experience. This is the perfect role for a Waiter with a background in Rosette or Michelin-standard restaurants who is passionate about delivering first-class service within a farm-to-fork environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Waiter, you’ll play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences:

• Deliver attentive, knowledgeable and professional table service
• Build genuine rapport with guests and provide a personalised experience
• Confidently explain menus, ingredients and daily specials
• Serve food and drinks to the highest standards
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
• Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations at every opportunity

What we’re looking for:
To succeed as a Waiter in Bridport, you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Waiter within a luxury, Rosette or Michelin-standard restaurant
• A genuine passion for high-end food and exceptional hospitality
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and professional presentation
• The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy service
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Access to your own transport is essential due to the location
