What you’ll be doing

• Run your own section during prep and service
• Prepare fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard
• Support menu development and daily specials
• Assist with stock control and food costing
• Maintain excellent Food Safety and HACCP standards
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
• Fresh food background
• Organised, reliable, and a strong team player
• Passion for quality ingredients and consistent cooking
