Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client, a modern, independent law firm focused on empowering their people, is looking to recruit a commercial property lawyer at the associate or senior associate level. As part of the established team you will advise commercial clients on property purchases, sales, developments and leasing, while helping to build strong, long‑term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and complete contracts for sales, leases and development agreements.
• Review titles and leases and produce clear client reports.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Manage your workload efficiently and maintain accurate financial control.
• Contribute positively to the wider Real Estate and Infrastructure team.

Applicants will be at least five years post qualified with a solid commercial real estate background coupled with excellent communication skills and a collaborative, confident and client‑focused approach.
