Qualified Management Accountant – Contract Role (Burnley)

Salary: £52,000 per annum
Location: Burnley (office-based)
Contract: 6-month fixed term (potential to go permanent)

Are you a Qualified Management Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) available to start at short notice? We’re recruiting for a well-established business in Burnley who need a hands-on accountant to step into a key role on an initial 6-month contract. This is a varied position where you’ll work closely with senior finance leaders, getting involved in:

• Month-end and management accounts
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Business partnering with managers across the business
• Stock control and product costing
• Supporting audit, VAT, and compliance requirements

The business is looking for someone confident, proactive, and able to make an immediate impact while ensuring a smooth handover from the current incumbent.

About You

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
