A well-established organisation is seeking a Central Services Manager on a 12–14 month maternity cover. You will lead a busy central services team, overseeing reception, administration, and examination support, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Central Services team, managing workflow, rotas, and performance.
• Oversee reception, administration, and examination coordination for internal teams and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, Health & Safety).
• Support finance and procurement tasks as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

• Approachable, proactive, and team-focused.
• Strong organisational, planning, and IT skills (Microsoft Office).
• Experience in fast-paced admin or customer service environments.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
