Site Manager - Civil Engineering / Pipelines (Contract)
Location: Worcestershire (projects within ~1 hour radius)
Start: asap
Contract: Ongoing

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support civil engineering and pipeline works based in Worcestershire, with sites located within approximately a one-hour radius.

This is an ongoing contract opportunity with a reputable contractor delivering infrastructure and utilities projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations
• Managing subcontractors and site teams
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance
• Reporting on progress and resolving site issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering, ideally with prevous experience
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
• Full UK driving licence
