About the role
Our client, an innovative legal practice with a modern approach, is looking for a clinical negligence solicitor to join its’ established team. You will be progressing clinical negligence claims for pursuers which will involve pre-litigation work and litigating in the All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court and Court of Session. Additionally, you will be required to undertake Court advocacy and to instruct both Counsel and expert witnesses. You can expect to handle a wide variety of cases such as hospital negligence, GP claims, delayed diagnosis, hospital negligence, surgical negligence, birth injury cases and fatal accidents. The team’s aim is to be there for their clients, resolving their needs and giving them the legal support they require, at every stage of life. You should be comfortable providing practical and legal advice to clients with empathy, care and compassion. Applicants will ideally be circa 1-5Yrs post qualified, although there is some flexibility around this.
