About the role
Forde Recruitment is recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to support growing warehouse operations across Doncaster.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join busy warehouse and distribution environments with ongoing full-time work available.
The Role
- Operating Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Loading, unloading, and moving stock
- Stock replenishment and inventory control
- Using scanners and warehouse systems
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Heavy lifting and manual handling duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Valid FLT Counterbalance experience
- Warehouse, dispatch, or packing experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Physically fit and happy with manual duties
