The Role

You’ll handle a broad and stimulating caseload of commercial property matters, working with a diverse client base including developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, and SME to mid-market businesses. Typical work includes:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases and portfolio management
• Development projects
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property finance and secured lending transactions

You’ll have the opportunity to run your own files with autonomy while benefiting from guidance from experienced partners and a well-structured team.

Applicants will ideally be at least 5 years PQE and must have commercial property experience gained within private practice. You will have strong technical skills and attention to detail, be commercially aware with a client-focused approach, demonstrate excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities and be motivated, proactive and able to manage files independently. The firm is looking at appoint at the Associate or Senior Associate level.
