We are working with a £150m construction specialist who is looking for a Regional Sales Manager. You will be working in the lightweight steel framing systems for residential, education, healthcare and commercial projects.
The position has been created to support continued growth across Yorkshire and the Midlands, developing relationships with main contractors, subcontractors and supply chain partners.

As a Regional Sale Manager you will:

• Generate specifications with tier-one and tier-two contractor and developer accounts.
• Manage relationships with main contractors, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth and increase market penetration.
• Support framework agreements, alliance agreements and preferred supplier arrangements.
• Provide commercial insight relating to pricing, market positioning and customer opportunities.
• Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting and attendance at internal sales meetings.

We are looking for someone with:

• Minimum five years’ sales experience within construction-related markets.
• Proven experience selling to contractors, subcontractors or supply chain partners.
• Experience developing business through specification-led sales processes.
• Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
