We’re recruiting on behalf of a successful, design-led consumer products business whose trend-led collections are sold through leading retailers across the UK and internationally.

As Product Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing products to market, working closely with Product Development team, Design team, and overseas suppliers to ensure products are commercially competitive, beautifully executed and delivered on time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinating repeat and refreshed product ranges from concept through to production
• Working closely with overseas suppliers to negotiate costs and achieve the best commercial outcomes
• Maintaining accurate product specifications and ensuring all information is up to date across internal systems
• Supporting the Product Development and Production teams to keep projects on track and within critical path timelines
• Briefing Design and Creative teams with clear product requirements and artwork information
• Reviewing product specifications, artwork and packaging before production
• Coordinating product samples, mock-ups and approvals with internal teams and suppliers
• Identifying opportunities to improve existing products and streamline processes
• Supporting product pricing exercises and supplier quotations
• Attending product review meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years’ experience within Product Development, Product Coordination, Buying, Sourcing or Production within a consumer products environment
• Experience maintaining product information or working with product management databases
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys finding practical solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems
