Our client is a market-leading company, driving commercial growth across UK and export markets. They are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing strategy and support revenue growth through effective commercial alignment and proactive business development.

As Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in executing a marketing strategy that directly supports revenue targets and commercial objectives. You will lead all marketing activities across the organisation, from campaign development and brand positioning through to lead generation and market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the annual UK and export marketing plan with clear sector focus and alignment to sales pipeline objectives.
• Lead all marketing activities including campaign development, brand strategy, lead generation and market engagement initiatives.
• Manage social media content strategy and lead exhibition planning and delivery.
• Define market positioning, review major campaigns and monitor performance against targets using data-driven analysis.
• Conduct competitor analysis and review customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
• Support key account strategies and contribute to pipeline management with the sales team.
• Act as senior ambassador for the company, representing the brand at key events and with stakeholders.

Who They’re Looking for:

• Experience working within the construction or building services industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through proactive business development and marketing strategy execution.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable commercial results.
• Hands-on approach to marketing delivery with ability to balance strategic leadership with practical execution.
• Experience improving digital platforms including website design, CRM systems and marketing technology.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making with ability to interpret marketing metrics.
• Customer-focused, competitive and resilient mindset with high motivation and energy.
