Test Technician, Southampton

We’re working with a leading global HVAC specialist seeking a Test Technician with strong skills in fault finding and testing industrial equipment.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the setup, maintenance, adjustment and thorough testing of HVAC units to ensure they are fully operational and meet exacting quality standards before dispatch. This role will be predominantly based on site, with occasional visits to customer sites when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and resolving faults during the servicing and testing of equipment.
• Occasional travel to site to complete testing and assisting with installation.
• Carrying out modifications to meet bespoke customer requirements.
• Using advanced diagnostic tools, software and hand tools in line with technical specifications.

Who They’re Looking For:

• Experience in servicing and testing industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• UK driving licence .
• Experience working in a HVAC environment.
• F-Gas qualification – desirable.
