Wicket & Perforator Machine Operative

Key Responsibilities:

Operating and monitoring wicketing and perforating machinery.

Setting up machines to meet production specifications.

Ensuring products are manufactured to the required quality standards.

Conducting routine quality inspections throughout production runs.

Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues.

Completing production records and paperwork accurately.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Following all company health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience operating wicket, perforator, or similar converting machinery is desirable.

Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work to production schedules and targets.

Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
