About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Operating and monitoring pouch packaging machinery.
Setting up machines to meet production requirements.
Ensuring products are packaged to the required quality standards.
Carrying out routine machine checks and reporting faults.
Completing production paperwork accurately.
Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the work area.
Adhering to all company health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience operating pouch machines or similar packaging machinery is preferred.
Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.
Good attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work efficiently to production targets.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Reliable and flexible approach to work.
