About the role
We are looking for compassionate and professional Children’s Support Workers to facilitate supervised family contact sessions between children and their parents or family members. The role involves supervising visits in a safe and supportive environment, promoting positive interactions, ensuring the wellbeing of the child at all times, and accurately recording observations from each session. Candidates must have strong communication skills, a calm and professional approach, and a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.Shift Patterns: 12hrs / 24hrs (sleep in).
Rate of pay: £12.71PH / £60 Sleep in fee.
Contract: Ongoing.
Start Date: Immediate following Interview.

Qualifications: Enhanced DBS Children’s work force is mandatory. Training such as PRICE OR PACE training is desirable but not a must.
