We’re looking for compassionate Mental Health Support Workers (MHSWs) to join our team supporting service users at Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke, a specialist mental health hospital near Weston-super-Mare.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting service users with their daily routines and recovery goals
- Providing emotional support and promoting wellbeing
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Encouraging independence, dignity and positive outcomes
- Working closely with nurses and clinicians to deliver safe, person-centred care
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for all service users
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in mental health or healthcare is beneficial but not essential
- A compassionate, patient and professional approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting people with mental health needs
- Clear DBS on the Update Service
- Valid Mandatory Training certificates, including Safeguarding Adults & Children
- Valid PMVA Certificate
