Your Role

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll play an important role in supporting service users throughout their recovery by:

• Building positive, professional relationships based on trust and respect
• Providing emotional support and encouraging independence
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Promoting dignity, wellbeing and person-centred care
• Working closely with nurses and the wider clinical team
• Helping to maintain a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 1 year experience as a MHSW in the UK
• A caring, resilient and professional approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting people with mental health needs
• Clear DBS on the Update Service
• Valid Mandatory Training certificates, including Safeguarding Adults & Children
• Valid PMVA Certificate
