We’re recruiting experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our team supporting service users at Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke, a specialist mental health hospital near Weston-super-Mare.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated RMN to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a specialist mental health setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will:
- Provide safe, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users with complex mental health needs
- Assess, plan, implement and review individual care plans
- Administer medication safely in line with NMC standards and local policies
- Monitor service users’ wellbeing and respond appropriately to changes in their needs
- Work collaboratively with nurses, clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate clinical records and promote dignity, respect and recovery-focused care
What We’re Looking For:
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Minimum of 1 year’s UK experience working as an RMN
- Experience within mental health settings
- Strong communication, organisation and clinical skills
- A compassionate and professional approach to patient care
- Clear DBS on the Update Service
- Valid Mandatory Training certificates, including Safeguarding Adults & Children
- Valid PMVA Certificate
