Your rate of pay and hours of work
This temporary position offers a pay rate of £12.21 per hour, with weekly payments and accrued holiday pay. Responsibilities within your new role as Kitchen Assistant
You’ll be an integral part of the kitchen team, assisting with food preparation, upholding high cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring food safety at all times. You will also collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.

Your experience, qualifications and personality
We are seeking candidates with 6-12 months of experience in a similar role, ideally within a care home or educational environment. A valid PVG or Disclosure is required, which you should currently hold or be willing to obtain. Strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a passion for maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency are essential for success in this role.
