Shifts – The successful candidate will need to be flexible working between Sunday night to Friday night. You will only work 4×10 hour shifts, but the days can change.

We are looking for a motivated Engineering Supervisor to join a market leading manufacturer. Reporting directly to the engineering manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. Role Description

• Managing our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring planned maintenance schedules are accurate and completed.

• Coordinating engineering maintenance activities to maximise equipment uptime and reliability.

• Managing engineering spare parts, stock control and purchasing to ensure parts are available when needed while controlling costs.

• Monitoring engineering KPIs and producing regular performance reports.

• Investigating equipment failures, carrying out root cause analysis and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Supporting contractors, service providers and compliance activities, ensuring work is completed safely and to the required standards.

• Assisting the Head of Engineering with engineering projects, maintenance planning and team coordination.

• Providing hands-on engineering support when required and acting as deputy for the Head of Engineering during periods of absence.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing or FMCG.

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering systems.

• Experience using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

• Strong planning and organisational skills.

• Experience managing engineering spare parts and maintenance schedules.

• The ability to analyse problems and implement effective solutions.

• Good communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues across the business.
