Chef de Partie

Are you an experienced Chef de Partie looking for an opportunity to explore your creative flair? Are you looking for flexibility and to be in control of your own working schedule?

Stafffinders are looking for temporary Chef de Parties to work in a well-established venue in Falkirk. This exciting role offers the chance to showcase your skills across a diverse range of service styles, from banqueting for large-scale events to refined restaurant dining and relaxed café-style lunches.

These are temporary positions, £16-£17 pay rate, with holiday accrued on top, plus up to 1 hour travel time paid weekly. 

Responsibilities in your new role

We're looking for Chefs who take pride in the dishes they produce. Some of the duties include:

• Cooking a wide range of dishes for a variety of clients
• Preparing and cooking meals for different events
• Knowledge of allergies/dietary requirements
• Maintaining good hygiene practices at all times

Your personality, experience, and qualifications

We are eager to speak to experienced chefs, especially those who have a proven track record of working within a high-volume, busy kitchen environment. You will have sound knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements, as well as knowledge of health and safety procedures.

You should have a strong ability to work as part of a team and independently. As an individual, you should have excellent attention to detail, possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude and be able to meet targets in a highly demanding environment.
