We're offering an exciting hospitality couple opportunity located in Argyll and Bute. One of you will join our kitchen team as a Chef de Partie, while the other will take on a flexible role suited to your skills and interests, whether that's housekeeping, front of house, food & beverage, or other area of hospitality.

Chef de Partie role requirements:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
- Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Ability to assist the Head Chef in the daily running of the brigade
- Willingness to mentor junior team members and maintain high standards
- A track record of longevity and professional development
Partner role requirements (flexible):
- Experience in housekeeping, front of house, food & beverage, or other areas of hospitality
- A friendly, adaptable approach and willingness to contribute across departments
- Team spirit and enthusiasm for island life
