The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a luxury shopping experience for every customer. You’ll provide a warm welcome, build relationships through great conversations and help customers discover products that suit their individual style and needs.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, offering tailored product recommendations, keeping up to date with collections and trends, promoting loyalty benefits and current campaigns, processing transactions accurately and confidently, and maintaining exceptional shop floor presentation. You’ll also help replenish stock, prepare the store for trading each day and identify opportunities to recommend complementary products, all while delivering the premium level of service Flannels is known for.
