The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the store, helping customers, promoting products and ensuring every visitor has a positive shopping experience. You’ll contribute to achieving store targets while maintaining high standards across the shop floor.

Your responsibilities will include serving customers, highlighting current offers and promotions, replenishing stock, keeping the store clean and well presented, and supporting the wider team with the day-to-day running of the store. This is a varied and hands-on role with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and develop within the business.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• A passion for customer service and health and beauty products.
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing business needs.
• Willingness to carry out ear piercing services for customers, with full training provided (not essential when joining).
• A proactive approach and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced retail environment.
