Veterinary Surgeon – (GP)

The Role

The successful candidate will be based at branch clinics in Pulborough & Ashington, working collaboratively with hospital and night teams to deliver exceptional, personalised care. The role involves general practice with opportunities to work alongside referral teams for advanced cases. The clinics are designed to provide a warm and comforting environment for both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing general practice veterinary services at branch clinics.

• Performing sole charge duties, routine procedures, and dentals.

• Collaborating with hospital and referral teams.

• Demonstrating the practice's core values of humility, respect, empathy, work ethic, honesty, communication, and teamwork.

About You

The client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) with at least 4-5+ years of GP practical experience within the UK. You should be an experienced all-rounder branch vet, capable of sole charge, routine procedures, and dentals. A passionate and enthusiastic approach to enhancing your skills is highly valued.

Rota

The role offers a 4-day week, comprising 10-hour working shifts (various times between 7:30 am - 7:30 pm), totalling 40 hours. There is a 1-hour lunch break. The weekend and bank holiday rota is 1 in 6, with 2 days off in lieu for any weekends worked.
