Responsibilities in your new role as Restaurant and Bar Manager

As the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will lead our talented team in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that ensures guests receive a personal and memorable experience. You will oversee all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels. Your business acumen will enable you to maximise revenue and profitability through upselling and pursuing opportunities. Being a visible and hands-on leader, you will take ownership of the operations and elevate the guest experiences.
