Registered Veterinary Nurse

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a busy and well-established practice in Chiswick. The Role

This is a permanent, full-time position based at an existing, thriving clinic. The successful candidate will be stepping into a practice that is already running smoothly, with a settled and brilliant team, and a varied flow of clinical work. The practice prides itself on fostering a people (and animal)-first culture and aims to redefine the veterinary experience for both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting screening procedures.

• General anaesthetic monitoring and record keeping.

• Recording accurate and comprehensive clinical notes.

• Administering treatments, as directed.

• Disinfecting surgical rooms, medical equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness of clinical workspaces to a high standard.

• Aiding veterinarians during invasive and non-invasive procedures and protocols.

• Tending to unsettled animals with urgency.

• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels.

• Boosting pet owners' knowledge about routine and specialised caring procedures.

• Participating in the nurse consult rota as necessary and helping in the delivery of this valuable service.
