The practice prioritises shared workload, professional development, and protected time off for its team members. Facilities include mobile digital X-ray, equine ultrasound, a respiratory scope, fertility testing kits, and in-house laboratory facilities, alongside on-site stabling and stocks at multiple locations. Regular visiting specialists enable the management of more cases in-house, fostering learning and clinical interest development.
