Senior Interim Finance Consultant – Transformation Focus
Location: Leeds (2–3 days/week in-office, typically Tues/Thurs)
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 base + up to 30% commission (zero threshold)
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role
Join a growing interim finance team led by a proven high performer and tap into the surge in demand for senior interim finance professionals – CFOs, Financial Controllers and Management Accountants leading transformation projects.

This is a genuinely warm desk with a steady flow of inbound enquiries, meaning you’ll have the platform to bill quickly while still shaping your own approach. The team works on UK-wide assignments, with clients spanning sectors and locations from North Yorkshire to Malta.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Placing senior interim professionals into transformation-focused finance roles.

• Partnering with in-house Finance Directors on pitches and project delivery.

• Leveraging a strong brand and established client network to win new work.

• Operating consultatively in a high-value, relationship-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For

• An experienced recruiter from finance or a related professional sector.

• Someone professional, credible, and confident engaging senior clients.

• More focused on billing and delivery than team management (principal route).

• Leeds-based or able to commute 2–3 days per week.
