Salary: £34,000 + Commission

Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor or property professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service?

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join a successful new homes development in the Southwest. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected housebuilder, helping customers through one of the most important purchases they’ll ever make.

The Role

As the face of the development, you’ll be responsible for welcoming prospective buyers, showcasing the homes, and guiding customers through every stage of the purchasing journey. You’ll take pride in maintaining a beautifully presented sales environment while delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Showcase available homes and explain specifications, features, and purchase options.
• Guide buyers through the full sales process, providing support every step of the way.
• Ensure the sales office and development are presented to the highest standard at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with purchasers.
• Take ownership of the development, helping to maximise sales opportunities and achieve targets.

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Previous experience within New Homes Sales or a strong background in property sales.
• A thorough understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with the confidence to adapt your approach to different customers.
• A resilient and proactive attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of the sales rota.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• A commercial mindset with an understanding of sales techniques and customer buying behaviours.
