Responsibilities in your new role as Food and Beverage Supervisor

As our Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our F&B services across all outlets. You will maintain consistent and effective communication with every department, ensuring a harmonious and efficient service delivery. Confidence in controlling cash handling and executing cash up procedures in line with policies is essential, with any queries swiftly resolved with accounts. You will proficiently upsell and motivate your team to do the same, maximising revenue opportunities at every turn. Upholding our high-quality standards for food, beverage, and customer service is paramount, ensuring these are consistently delivered daily. You will actively manage on the floor, building genuine rapport with both colleagues and guests, and expertly handle any guest recovery situations promptly and effectively, communicating updates to the relevant teams. Additionally, you will support management with stock takes, organisation, and counting, contribute innovative ideas to enhance our service quality and increase departmental revenue, and play a supportive role in the training of new team members.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a naturally positive personality and the ability to forge genuine, trusting relationships with guests and colleagues alike. You are incredibly motivated, taking immense pride in your work, and possess a deep passion for and understanding of 5-star hospitality, consistently striving to deliver exceptional guest service. With strong organisational and proven leadership qualities, you excel in guiding and inspiring a team. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are excellent, allowing you to effectively engage with people at all levels. You are confident and adept at handling guest complaints with grace and efficiency, and crucially, you thrive under pressure in fast-paced and ever-changing environments. A solid command of English is required, along with previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
