Responsibilities in your new role as Seasonal Live-in Chef

As a Seasonal Live-in Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking exquisite dishes within your assigned section, ensuring every plate meets the highest standards. You will also have the opportunity to manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and productive kitchen atmosphere. Adhering strictly to all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations will be paramount, as will monitoring stock levels to ensure smooth service. Your role will involve ensuring timely service, supporting the Head Chef in consistently delivering quality culinary experiences, and meticulously following all client instructions to exceed expectations.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We're looking for a dedicated and adaptable culinary professionals with proven experience in a similar chef role. You will have worked in comparable hospitality environments, particularly those with a live-in or remote location aspect. 

Ideally you would be available for the start of the season in March through until September/October. Your ability to integrate quickly into a new team and adapt to diverse kitchen demands will be key.
