About the role
Gotpeople are partnering with a range of distribution and production companies across Watford, Hemel Hempstead, and the surrounding areas to recruit Temporary Warehouse, Waste & Recycling, and Production Operatives.
We are seeking candidates with experience in the following areas:
- Picking, packing, and sorting orders in fast-paced environments
- Performing manual tasks, including heavy lifting, handling, loading, and unloading
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within facilities
- Operating forklift trucks (FLT drivers)
- Waste & Recycling operations
- Fabrication and use of hand tools
Ideal candidates will:
- Exhibit a flexible, positive approach with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, working with both speed and accuracy
- Possess relevant blue-collar skills and experience (advantageous)
- Have experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) (desirable)
