Responsibilities in your new role as Sous Chef

As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll prepare and present dishes to a high standard, support and train junior team members, and step in to lead the kitchen when this Head Chef is absent. You'll also maintain strict HACCP and food safety standards and assist with menu development and new dish creation.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Chef or Sous Chef in a quality hotel or similar environment
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Passion for high-quality food and kitchen standards
• Adaptability and willingness to live in a rural Highland location
• Driving licence advantageous but not essential
• Good command of English
