Responsibilities in your new role as a Chef
As our live-in Chef, you'll be instrumental in creating exceptional dining experiences for our client. Your core responsibilities will include preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals, diligently tailoring them to accommodate various dietary needs, including specific allergens and other dietary requirements. You will work collaboratively, liaising effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless service. Adhering strictly to food hygiene, health and safety regulations is paramount, as is following client instructions and pre-planned menus to deliver consistent culinary excellence.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chef with a proven track record in a similar role within a care home, nursery or education environment. You must possess excellent English communication skills and, due to the nature of the role, a Children's PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) certificate is required.
