Wanted! CDP for a live in role - immediate start.


The job: located in a traditional setting in the Perth and Kinross, in 4 star hotel providing contemporary dining experience.  


The person: experienced chef with a passion for preparing high-quality dishes and the ability to work with a supportive hospitality team.

Responsibilities in your new role as Chef de Partie 

As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the kitchen, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Your key responsibilities include:



  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes within your designated section 
  • Managing your section efficiently during busy service periods 
  • Supporting, mentoring, and guiding junior members of the kitchen brigade
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness
  • Monitoring stock levels and minimising waste 
  • Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences 
  • Ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented in line with company standards and client requirements 
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and professional kitchen environment

Your personality, experience and qualifications

You are an experienced Chef de Partie who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen delivering consistently high standards. You can hit the ground running. You'll ideally have:



  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in an similar role 
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety, and HACCP procedures
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • You take pride in your work and never let a dish below standard leave the kitchen
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
  • A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude
