QHSF Administrator
Location: Wallingford
Reports To: Head of QHSF
We are looking for a proactive and organised QHSF Coordinator to support the Head of QHSF in maintaining Quality, Health, Safety and Facilities systems across the business. The role involves ensuring compliance, maintaining documentation, coordinating inspections and training, and supporting continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

We are looking for a proactive and organised QHSF Coordinator to support the Head of QHSF in maintaining Quality, Health, Safety and Facilities systems across the business. The role involves ensuring compliance, maintaining documentation, coordinating inspections and training, and supporting continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain QHSF records, compliance schedules and documentation.
- Coordinate inspections, servicing, calibrations and contractor visits.
- Prepare Risk Assessments, RAMS, COSHH assessments and work instructions.
- Support workplace audits, inspections and incident follow-up actions.
- Produce reports, meeting minutes and management documentation.
- Maintain training records and support Health & Safety training.
- Assist with ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Previous experience in a QHSF, Health & Safety or Quality support role.
- IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) desirable.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and ISO 9001.
- Strong organisational, communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office & SharePoint).
- Experience within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
