Pertemps Sheffield is currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for regular, ongoing work with a leading food distribution company.

The Role
- Regular ongoing work
- Monday to Saturday transport operation
- Full-time and part-time shifts available
- Start times between 5:00am and 6:00am
- Approximate finish time 4:00pm (route dependent- Up to 15 deliveries a shift)
- Multi-drop deliveries to restaurants, convenience stores and other commercial customers
- This is a busy, fast-paced delivery operation where drivers are expected to work efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
- This is a physically demanding role involving regular handball, lifting, loading and unloading of products at multiple delivery points throughout the day.
- You will be working outdoors in all weather conditions, so applicants should be comfortable carrying out manual handling duties throughout their shift.
- Routes vary daily, so flexibility is essential.
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
- Excellent customer service skills
- New pass drivers are welcome to apply
