Hours: Mon - Fri 7-4pm- 10- 7pm (weekly rotation)

The OpportunityYou will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of logistics operations, ensuring customer requirements are met, KPIs are achieved, and operational performance continues to improve. Acting as a key link between departments, customers, suppliers, and operational teams, you will help drive efficiency, quality, and service excellence throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead daily logistics activities across inbound, warehousing, and outbound operations.
- Plan and oversee outbound shipments to ensure service levels and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Monitor, analyse, and report operational performance metrics.
- Investigate operational issues, customer service failures, shortages, damages, and delivery challenges, implementing corrective actions and preventative measures.
- Use operational data and reporting tools to drive performance improvements and support forecasting.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet changing business demands.
- Coordinate transport planning and routing activities with internal and external providers.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and operational procedures.
- Supervise, coach, and develop operational teams.
- Identify training needs and support ongoing employee development.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and results.
- Motivate teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Support operational decisions with an understanding of cost, efficiency, and profitability.
